I have tried a lot of devices, pillows including the inflatable one and a device that hung a weight from my head. Nothing compares to this simple little device. It gain me immediate relief and is improving the overall health of my spine. The heating pad seemed like an after thought and gets too hot. It doesn’t need it. The device is amazing. Buy it and buy it now. I am so grateful

I got the product because my neck is always stiff and my back tends to lock or just settle uncomfortably. I was a little confused at first by the drawing because the instructions say concave and convex sides but their uses in the pictures were opposite. I managed to figure out the long dotted side is the extreme side and the smaller side was the beginning side.
So I layed on the ground and put it under my neck, I adjusted my body to be comfortable on the floor. I lifted my knees as suggested in the photos then I Brough my arms up around the top of my head as shown in the instructions. My back immediately cracked three times and I was given an instant sense of release. I layed for about 5 minutes woth it being my first time. I got up and my neck was a little sore because it is quite firm but overall my back and neck are definitely less strained than before and the pains reduced quite a bit also. I fell with progression this product is going to be doing wonders for me. After such an amazing first use how could I not recommend it.

Helps with the stiffness and pain in my neck. My husband uses it for behind his knees due to excruciating pain in his knees and works amazing for him. Recommend for more than neck problems.

I feel fantastic. I have had a kink in my neck for years and have a bone spur. This product provided relief after the first use. I highly recommend this traction pillow with a heat band. The heat band can be removed if you don’t want the benefit of heat. Trust me though, the heat is incredibly therapeutic even though it is just a small band/strip.
